I like how safe it feels. There isn't much to worry about other than random fires that may appear within the neighborhood. There are times where there are police chases on foot and people jumping through backyards to escape but it's relatively safer than where I have previously lived. Change doesn't need to happen other than trying to improve the homeless problem in Sacramento.

The shops and activities in the area re well maintained and easily accessible. The area is safe and affordable for No then California. There are tons of gyms, waling tails and biking rails to enjoy the great outdoors.
