There are two sides to Miramonte. Some of nicest and most expensive homes are on the west 1/3 of the neighborhood. This area is bordered by Encanto to the south and Sam Hughes to the west. The eastern 2/3 of Miramonte is shaky, at best.

The nearest realty company Werth Realty, and the car lot Arizona Drive are bigger crooks than the group of individuals that have targeted my vehicle 4x to break into within the last three months. As the economy attempts to erect itself, small businesses are still behaving rashly, in self preservation
