For example, the former Goodyear headquarter is now a mixed-use building containing apartments, office space, and a theater. Middlebury is also garnering more attention for its affordability. Similar to other parts of Ohio, Middlebury has a low cost of living so rentals are typically on the lower end, but there are high-end apartments available as well.
