I love the location of the area. Valencia community college is within this community. I love the convenience of having many places nearby including the theme parks and downtown Orlando.

I have been living in Metrowest for the last year and I have fallen in love. It is a family friendly community, although I do not have kids of my own, I see many families in this community. The thing that I like the most about Metrowest is how convenient everything is. You are 2 minutes away from Kirkman Road, which has such a variety of restaurants and fast food places, as well as a Super Walmart. Metrowest is a beautiful and safe community I have never had any bad experiences living here and I will be staying for a few more years.

Crime rates exist everywhere but metrowest is not as bad compared to other places. I don't know of any other places that feel like home
