Adjacent to Santa Monica on the west side of Los Angeles, Mar Vista provides excellent access to Pacific Coast beaches, Downtown LA, Santa Monica College the University of California Los Angeles, and the University of Southern California. It is also close to the mountains, Will Rogers State Historic Park, and Topanga State Park. LAX is a few minutes south of Mar Vista. A couple of blocks to the east, residents can enjoy Venice Beach, Muscle Beach, the Venice Beach Boardwalk, and Marina Del Rey.
