Located right in the heart of Downtown Sacramento, Mansion Flats is a small neighborhood with gorgeous, colorful studios, lofts, Victorian homes, and preserved historic homes. This historic neighborhood is home to the Governor's Mansion State Historic Park, a Victorian mansion that was once home to a former governor, built in 1877. Although certain parts of the neighborhood maintain an elegant and quaint feel, residents can enjoy plenty of modern-day amenities.
Being right in the center of downtown allows for quick access to entertainment venues, shopping centers, and nightlife hotspots. In fact, Mansion Flats is home to three popular entertainment venues: Broadway at Music Circus, the Sacramento Theatre Company, and the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium.
