Mahncke Park is a beautiful neighborhood in mid-town San Antonio. It is close to two great universities, many public parks, and the wonderful San Antonio Botanical Gardens. The neighbors of Mahncke Park are diverse in class, race, and gender identity, and are deeply creative people.

If you asked me years ago, i would say that it was terrible; Once they started to expand downtown into my home area the total population became nothing but fancy restaurants and big corps.

It's an okay place to live at, it's right by Fort Sam Houston Base and by Alamo Heights.
