We've lived in Mahncke Park for 3 years and loved it. Probably one of the most walkable spots in SATX, with great parks, restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by, and the city, the Pearl and highways close by, you always feel part of it here. The area is developing nicely, with a good mix of new people and older residents keeping the more alternative vibe (for SATX at least) going.

It's a okay nieghborhood. The streets are really messed up though. I have to drive real slow or swerve to get by.
