Been here a year now, and haven't had issues. The neighborhood is very colorful - has character and isn't too loud. Have had crime-related incidences happen near my home but never felt unsafe.

It's a nice little town. Pretty quite except they go all out on fireworks for the Fourth of July. It's a nice place to live and raise kids. I know I loved growing up here. The only advice I would give would be to put your kids in a private school because the public schools that you are zoned for are not the best.

I enjoy the diversity of my neighborhood. Access to public transit and highways are very convenient. Local schools offer some great support and programs. There is not a lot of nightlife in the neighborhood but very close to downtown.

It's a situation to be grateful that a roof is over my head but we could be somewhere better for the price
