Despite having the busiest street for ambulances and police traffic at night; it is a great area to live in.

I specifically enjoy living in my area because most of my friends are easily accessible until they leave for school. The general atmosphere is pretty peaceful and friendly, however, there are bound to be some unfriendly encounters, but that is only natural in any area.
