The entire six years I've lived here, I have experienced homophobic spurs and racist spurs on average twice a year. Always on Washington Street though, never in the neighborhoods. I would still however, recommend living here because there's really no crime that I have heard of. It is a safe neighborhood to walk in, i walk my cat all the time. But if you're dark skinned or gay, or both, just keep an eye out cause I've never experienced hate as much as I have living here.

I love the stores and eateries in the neighborhood. Growth and development are very prevalent. Great options of schools from public to charter.
