Hollywood is a great neighborhood. Lots of local breweries and restaurants. Lots of parks and food cart pods, family friendly. Easy to commute on bus or bike. Easy to get around. Laurelwood brewery is great for beer and welcomes kids. The golf course has lots of walking paths and a playground with tennis courts and baseball/soccer fields
