This area of town is a artistic and lively. There is a multitude of shops and restaurants to hop in and out of on your way down the street. The parking can be hard to find at times, but once it is found, the walk makes it worth it.

I like the large variety of independent local businesses and restaurants. People in the neighborhood are friendly. The food and bar scene is excellent.
