It is a nice Suburb of Philadelphia. Everyone helps each other out. There are a good group of volunteers and the schools are really good. I like that fact that they are upgrading the park and that Scout and Girl Scouts keep adding cool things to the parks. What I would like to see changed is more awesome volunteers and a better code enforcer because he can make it really hard to better your home.

It is an average town. It is nice enough and has easy access to many stores, but there is not much to do other than shop or eat.

I like that its clean, quiet and kid friendly. When children go outside to play there are no worries. If you dont have a car, you'd need to get one. The SEPTA transportation runs on time but comes every hour on the hour. The most convenient place is MacDade boulevard for shopping and groceries. Schooling is good and nearby but if not, there's school bus services available.

Great neighbors, an awesome neighborhood to live in . Very pet friendly community. Parks are well maintained and equipped with functional swings and sliding boards. Look forward to Annual community day event every year
