The only real complaint I have about this area is that everything is really far apart. However, I think that the Anderson township is doing a smart thing by building more sidewalks.

Great sense of community in my neighborhood. A lot of the families living in this area have grown up in the community, attending public schools in the area and remaining or returning to the area even after having attended college out of state. The park district has many family inclusive events and sports programs for children and adults.

It is freezing cold in the winter, hot and muggy in the summer, and the allergies are terrible in the spring and fall.

Anderson township has a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores and car repair services. The only thing it may be lacking is entertainment places such as a movie theater or a mall. There are plans to build a movie theater in our town center though, not sure when construction will start or finish.
