Echo Highlands is one of the most affluent African American neighborhoods in Birmingham, AL. It's very quiet and the residents are very nice and friendly. The yards are clean. You'll feel a sense of togetherness living in this community.

Since it isn't a high traffic area, there aren't many passerbys that speed and get in accidents.
