As its name implies, East Toledo is located directly east of Downtown Toledo, across the Maumee River. East Toledo is known for its low cost of living and is a great option for renters who want easy access to the heart of the city at a lower price. The neighborhood has a variety of affordable to upscale rental options including lofts, high-rise apartments, and luxury condos.
