The neighbors are somewhat cold and some are even intrusive. Most of the time, no one talks to each other unless they're close or know each other pretty well. Even waving at each other when passing by is limited to some and out of question for others.

Roseville has very nice weather. We are located in the valley so not much happens. It does not snow where I live however you can drive two hours to Tahoe if snow is your thing. No big natural disasters happen in my area so for that I am very lucky. This makes Roseville a very safe and reliable place to live.

Where I live I hardly see abandoned houses. I live in a very upscale area so houses are generally big and kept up very nicely.
