Very up & coming. It has increased alot in the last view years and whenever downtown gets better this area gets better. I think that buying a house in this area is a good investment. It seems as though as downtown expands west of the river this becomes a more hip area. Hopefully bringing in young professionals who would like to rent/own a house near downtown.

I didn't live there long enough to know. I'm currently in my dorm and not home. From the about month that I was there it seemed nice enough.

There are several popular stores in my area. I get great service, usually can get in and out. Many of the area stores remember your face and this is nice.

I've had very good experiences with local businesses around my neighborhood. Many of the local stores are vintage stores, which are fairly nice to go to. Great services with the restaurants around the area. Dad and mom, delight in the good reviews and reports that most of the local businesses in the area have received.
