It is family friendly and clean. Easy transportation by bus. The only downside is no grocery store except for albertsons and rite aid.

I like the area, and I think it holds lots in store for the adventureous person.

I have enjoyed living in the area but after leaving for a year and then returning for a visit, the gentrification was far more drastic than expected.

There is a lot of crime in our area. A lot of drug use. We live next to an Albertson's grocery store and the back lot is a favorite hang out for the homeless and drug users. Most nights I do not feel safe.
