Nestled in the valley of the Arkansas River, Coweta is a quiet community. Coweta is known for its good schools and an array of activities the entire family can enjoy. Hit a bullseye at Coweta Archery Park or go toe-to-toe against another team at the Ultimate Paintball Park. The area has wonderful natural areas for locals to enjoy. Enjoy a relaxing day at the Woods Golf Club or the Events Park, a community park that has a lake great for fishing.
Coweta is also known for its unique festivals. The town is home to the State Fair of Coweta offering classic carnival rides, food, parades, and more. The biggest event of the year is the annual Patriotic Festival featuring inflatables, food vendors, games, and a water cannon.
Coweta offers down-home comforts but offers a great location as well. The town is a suburb of Tulsa and Broken Arrow, allowing quick access to even more entertainment. Tulsa is only 30 minutes away while Broken Arrow is less than 20 minutes away.
