Compared to many places in Miami this is probably one of the more private and spacious options in which I've lived. Before moving here I lived in a small two bedroom apartment with my parents and younger brother. Living in this area was definitely a breath of fresh air.

To my knowledge this area is very peaceful and safe. Many neighbors walk their dogs or take jogs within the neighborhood at all hours of the day. Within the development there are multiple police officers. There is also an elementary and middle school that offer surveillance on the main streets.

Very quiet atmosphere, sometimes excessively boring. Almost zero amenities. There has been an increase in crime incidents lately.
