I love the sense of community. It is a very young, active neighborhood and is so much fun to live in. I can walk to the zoo in 5 minutes, get on the highway in 2 minutes, and walk one block to get to bars and restaurants. The only downfall to this neighborhood is the amount of crime. I am in Dogtown and the crime is actively rising.
