We bought our house a few months ago. I love that I could afford my home. My neighbors are nice, and I can walk to many businesses/services. We are on the border of Brentwood and feel we get the best of both communities. While Carrick is in need of some revitalization, I can see it happening. The library is new. New businesses are opening, and the Community Council is dedicated to improving our community. For those concerned about safety, I've been walking my dog around 10-10:30pm every night without issue.

Carrick is very diverse. It has a lot of drug overdoses. Sometimes you will even see drug deals going on right beside you. However, overall, it is safe.
