I think Carondelet is a nice neighborhood. It is a historic one, so there is a lot of things to see and do in the neighborhood. I also believe that the neighborhood is quite diverse; it doesn't seem to be majority African American, Hispanic, Caucasian, etc. It has a good culture of food and music that a lot of people enjoy.

We have lived in this neighborhood for about 9 years. The neighbors are culturally diverse. I feel very comfortable with my children playing outside in front of the house. Once a year we have a large yard sale called Bellerive Days. It's a great opportunity to meet neighbors and pick up some amazing bargains.

Many people in my immediate area have been here for years. The community is very pet friendly, most people have at least one pet. There are many community events, including a neighborhood yard sale every year.
