In my area it's hard to find a parking spot on the street. There are plenty of sideways for pedestrians to walk on and bicyclists to ride on. We have buses that come through and can take you to your location, they're pretty reliable.

They are some local gyms and hoops in my neighborhood. I'm not too sure how many people go to them I wouldn't say many do.
