It's awesome! for me anyway. honestly, it's beautiful especially the water front and Stafford markets are not too far away. the only downside is the traffic at certain hours of the day.

Aquia Harbour provides a safe and fun atmosphere to its residents. There is a variety of activities that residents can become involved in that are included in HOA fees, including golf, horseback riding, and community center. However, be aware of limited access points into the neighborhood and know the protocols for adverse weather.

The town is wonderful, we are a tight-knit communities. It seems like everyone knows everyone. The schools are decent and the Stafford county police department keeps us safe. There is nowhere you are going to find as many people who care about their community as here.

Employment in the area is decent. Not many career jobs here but still a few. Stafford is mostly a commuter city. Most of the people living here work for the military or government. That means most people work in D.C. and surrounding areas, and Quantico. Part time work can easily be found here.
