Llenroc Welcomes Cornell male students for 2026-2027! For the 2026-2027 academic year, due to the limited privacy afforded by our shared bathrooms, we regret that Llenroc will not be an option for female students. Llenroc (Cornell spelled backwards) is Ezra Cornell’s historic mansion located at 100 Cornell Avenue, just minutes from Cornell University's West Campus. The mansion has historically been the home of the Delta Phi fraternity, but starting fall 2025, it will be open for leasing to Cornell University students as off-campus housing. There are a total of 16 unique single through triple occupancy dorm rooms that can accommodate from 16 to 26 students total. Semesterly leases are available at 5x the listed monthly rate. All utilities, internet, cable TV, common area cleaning service, and laundry machines are included. Two large community bathrooms and a commercial kitchen are shared among tenants. Parking spaces are $200 per semester for tenants. If you would like a house tour or have questions, please submit an inquiry, and we will respond promptly.
