      This place is a mess.

      Don’t live here. The property management does nothing but sit in the office all day. The maintenance crew is nice but they cannot fix the problems we have here. The dryers have been broken for almost 3 months now. I just walked in today to find most of the washers are now broken too. Someone ripped off a washer door. The office lady sits in the office all day, won’t actually walk outside to see what is going on. She doesn’t return calls in a timely manner and just seems to not care. People let their pets poop all over and don’t clean it up. Several people won’t leash their dogs which is a problem as they try to attack other dogs. Kids leave trash all over and some of the tenants play loud music and I mean LOUD and no one does anything about it. Pay a little more and go someplace where they care.
