Lively Drayton have many fun amenities that capture all ages. The swimming pool is well maintained. In the area are other amenities connected such as a sauna that contributes to wellness. It is a wonderful community to live in.

It cost too much, to have to live around drugs and crime. I have a kid and don’t feel safe at night. My vehicle has been broken into there’s always people coming in and out at all time of the night.

Quiet, clean, and secure. Just wish something was being done about dog poop in the community. Otherwise- a great place to live! Rent is fair, and amenities are great.

We live living here. First time in a place like this. Maintenance responds very quickly for any issues. Quiet besides the train. Pool area is kept clean along with the fire pit area. Package room is secured but does get crowded. Office staff are super friendly and with the little monthly it’s fun to see the neighbors

I love the community, it is quite, clean. and very well located, near doctors, hospitals, shopping centers, theater, bank, etc. The office staff is awesome, and maintenance workers the same.

Just moved in so learning everything that is here, but so far everyone one has been incredibly nice and helpful. I love the view from the apartment. The community has quiet hours and everyone appears to abide by those hours. There is a train sometimes in the distance. Using the amenities is very easy. The staff is very nice and laid back, the location is actually perfect for me getting to work and back home, the apartment is very comfortable, home like, just wish the noise variant was more solid around me instead of me being able to hear my other neighbors noises.

I really enjoy living here. I feel safe. Everyone here is so nice. They do have a lot of dogs but I never meet one that was aggressive and they always be on a leach. Since I have lived here, I haven't had any other residents that played or made loud noises.

I love this place! It's like living in a close knit community. I've made so many friends here and I've seen strangers jump in and help when help was needed. After Helene, the residents helped each other, opening their doors to help those without power with a hot meal, a load of laundry or just a cup of coffee in the morning!

Love it here at the lively. The neighborhood is quite, neighbor's are friendly. The amenities are great, the pool is my favorite for swimming laps. I love seeing all the dogs, our community is definitely full of animal lovers which is important to me. The cleanliness is also great, the staff keep this property very clean and well maintained. It really is the perfect place to live. The mailroom drives me nutts sometimes, but at least our packages are delivered to a safe clean place, no need to worry about porch pirates.

Resident experience has been great, the apartments are very spacious and has great layout, the gym is very standard and well equipped. My favourite part being the carwash and love trail for when I need to take a walk.

Love it so much! The staff is always so friendly in the office when we visit or stop in in need of something. We are super excited to have a saltwater pool this summer! It has been kept clean and the amenities surrounding are a huge plus as well (two story gym space, fire pit, coffee bar)!

I love the community. This complex is a neighborhood filled with new friends. Monthly events ensure we meet ppl from all the buildings. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out with our new friends and the coffee bar makes sure we always have a reason to get together!

Overall I like this apartment complex. The grounds are nicely kept. The people are very friendly. The amenities are great and people do seem to use them which is always a good sign. However, the trash at the dumpster for recycling is overflowing (seems like a temporary problem). Another thing, the package room was very cluttered when we first moved in but the staff sorted it out and cleaned it up after 2-3 weeks which made a huge difference! I hope they continue to do that more often as it was giving me anxiety to have packages delivered here with it in the state it was. Last complaint is that I am unsure if they truly spray the pest control. I have seen them do it a few times but bugs are everywhere outside and it doesn’t help that the hallways are open to the outside.

I suspect that majority of these recent reviews are made by the staff (they’ve recently sold the building so I’m sure the bad reviews were concerning). This apartment has gone down hill fast. Hallways are disgusting, dog poop never gets picked up. Zero accountability for residents, and it’s very apparent with the state of the community. You can hear just about everything your upstairs neighbors do, even blow their nose. Can’t use the pool because people throw birthday parties and random people can easily come. If you’re looking to live in basically a college dorm this place is for you.
Overall, the experience has been fairly calm. Have had a few issues with noise and strange cars in the parking lot; however, those were fixed swiftly by management.

I love it here so far. Everything is very nice and clean. It is pretty quiet with no loud neighbors. The people at the leasing office have been extremely nice and helpful.
