Went up there to sign my lease, spoke with Calvin who made it seem like it was a dying situation if I didnt rush to sign my lease, he was on his phone and the computer the whole time as I was doing the paperwork and never explained anything to me he waites until all the paperwork was signed for me to see the apartment VERY SMALL ROOMS dont believe the hype from the pictures the insides is a mess, he even had the nerve to give me a brochure to a furniture place and to tell them her referred me
It's got the average, but needs to improve clean up practice. 70%
My apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It is a two bedroom. It is upstairs and downstairs. We have security at night. The only thing that I don't have, is a washer and dryer hookup. The only thing that scares me are the raccoons and possums. I don't like the fact that the apartments are rows, because of a fire. They also seems to have a problem with management. I also don't like the fact that they keep going up on my rent every year.They clean your carpet twice a year. They exterminate once a month. Maintenance is on duty 24 hours.
My apartment home (if that's what you would call it) is extremely to small and in my eyes very hazardous. The apartments are all in rows so to say if a fire started on one end, then the entire row would be destroyed and so would the contents inside of them. I would be relieved if my mother was in a more suitable, comfortable, and safer place to live for when I leave for college. I would move he into a more suitable place on my own if I could but I'm not enough at the moment. If she could be moved to an apartment that at least meets our standards; just not what she can afford financially, then stress in her life would be substantially lowered and also lower my stress for her as well. I would genuinely be overwhelmed with joy if we could just find a better place to live, but since of my age I really had no place else to go for actually help then here. And that's why I would really appreciate it if you could do this for my mother and I, and I'm sure she would appreciate it also.
I have been a resident here since 2013 and I must the maintenance personnel are awesome . Any time I have had a maintenance issue even on the weekend it was handled promptly. The management here are very respectful and ensure that all matters are handled and they follow-up making sure it handled completely . Despite the uncleanliness of residents here the grounds are well maintained. I have encountered many issues here and each time they were handled professional, respectfully, and above all promptly. I am well praised here and the environment here is changing because management is concerned about the wellbeing of their residents.
Such a good set of apartments they were close to everything you could imagine the insides are nice and fairly priced
It's nice. Kind of small. I got approved but they wanted to charge me the highest rent and not what everyone else paid. Residents didn't look friendly
