Property Ratings at Sereno Canyon Falls
Giving this place one star is way more than it deserves. I’ve lived here for a little under a year, and I am regret renewing my lease. This place truly felt like a community. This used to host monthly and seasonal events to bring the residents together, those have been taken away. The pet center used that offer doggy daycare and pet spa options, those have been removed. The free coffee amenity, gone! This was a huge selling point for me to move in here. This new management group is worse. They’ve taken away everything that made this place so special. The buildings are cheaply made, and very loud. I love the people that I’ve met here and they will be missed. Sadly, many of my new friends have decided not to renew their leases because of all the issues with management team and all the noise.
Would give ZERO Stars if I could! Called themselves and “Upscale” community but have many amenities: cut the coffee bar, community events, dog grooming services, and haven't delivered on the gym promises they still advertise. Not to mention it appears those renewing their lease have a higher rate with renewing than it would be if you were a new resident. Don't get me started on how cheap these units are for what is charged. Will not fix problems not will they offer concessions for ongoing issues. Who is running this place? Management decisions for the last few months have been a complete poop show around here. Is this Harbor making the decisions or our community manager in the office? They send out emails weekly to residents regarding trash pick up guideline, being a responsible dog owners and picking up after their dog, being a responsible parent and actually watching their children, guidelines for what is allowed on patios and in yards, proper garage use, etc. stating violated will be fined, but, they do not enforce anything they preach in this "friendly reminder" emails. All words, no action. That is the status quo here. Do not go to management for support or help, you will not get any. If it weren't for the area and the people who actually live here I would have left.
I just wanted to start off by saying I have lived here since the complex first opened. From day one, my interactions with the office staff and management were unrivaled compared to anywhere else that I have lived in Texas. They treat you as an individual person and don’t see you as a number. Ive had my fair share of amazing experiences first hand. The maintenance team is also amazing when it comes to requesting service. Currently I am having to move due to my medical condition which is very unfortunate, The staff did everything they could to help me out personally and financially but in home medical care cost prevented that and as such it requires me to move in with family to help me out until I can get back on my feet if/when I overcome my medical condition. It pains me to leave a place such as this because it’s like finding a diamond in the ruff. The staff and culture here is a real rarity these days. Corporations are only ever worried about there bottom line but not this place. Yes they have a business to run but they have all went above and beyond for me and I makes me very sad to have to part ways. I wish them all the best on there endeavors in life and I super great full for the opportunity to be part of this community home.
The apartments are loud, walls are thin, dog poop is everywhere, gates don’t work and the new management sucks. I’ve only been here a few months, and I’m already looking to move. Don’t spend your time or money here

The ladies in the front office were so sweet and maintenance is so quick to fix anything you need. Property is kept very clean and amenities check all of the boxes!
