The apartment is old, and they are doing some pretty hardcore renovations to it. They have a bit of work to do, but in general I have liked living here and would recommend it because regardless of any specific issues, I think the staff are doing their best to make the place better continuously.

Its been weeks I’ve requested for fixing the dishwasher leaking! There’s no response at all! Also the hallway smells bad all the time! Apartment’s main door doesn’t lock properly! And most importantly homeless people gets into building roaming around the building! Its not safe at all!

ZERO STARS I cannot put into words how horrible this place is and the management is even worse. Building is NOT secure, squatters living in empty units because the doors are broke. There was a fire in March and the hallways were flooded. They haven’t even bothered to clean up the mold, trash and nails after they took the carpet out of the halls. Didn’t have heat for over a month, AC doesnt work, maintenance closes requests without even checking, HOWEVER, the other day they came in without knocking, I was home and he just walked in. I didn’t have a maintenance request in and it also said not to enter if I wasn’t home, zero 24 hour notice. Management is horrible, they don’t respond. RUN RUN RUN the City of Cleveland needs to step in.
Very poor communication from management!They do not care about their tenants and they are so nonchalant about everything. I could go on and on. DO NOT MOVE HERE! By far the worst apartment building I ever lived in.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months. I was looking forward to the pool and management said it would be open by Memorial Day. It is now the end of June and it is still closed. My apartment has a had a giant plastic cover on the far corner. This has been there for 2 months now. The wall is ripped out due to them fixing the A/C which has been down for 2 months as well. It has been scorching hot and the management team can’t give me a straight answer. Only one elevator has worked since I moved in.
