Property Ratings at Little Tuscany Apartments & Townhomes
It was a great place to live but the property got sold, they jacked up everyone's rent to the maximum allowed legally, stopped servicing the common areas, refuse to give information about how much they'll actually be charging for utilities when signing a new lease, and it general have let things fall apart. I have major appliances going on a few weeks now waiting on repair, rodents in the walls they haven't done anything about, the HVAC is broken- just in time for summer-, and generally nice, but ultimately unhelpful property management company. It's always been a crummy area. I hear gunshots at night. There are drug needles thrown over the wall into the garden. The management used to work with people, but now it's just one poor woman stuck apologizing and asking you to wait, again.
