Property Ratings at LITHOSTONE MEADOWS
Years ago they had a playground area and the property was well maintained. Now they have one maintenance guy and a revolving door for anyone that helps him. The managers are also on a revolving door. The management company and its leadership is disrespectful and demeaning to tenants. If you don't believe me take a drive through just about any day but especially on the weekends and check out how the dumpsters are treated. Feel free to check out the playground which looks like all that was left after a nuclear bomb went off at this point.
Had and appointment to view an apartment and the manager never showed up. I called and left a voicemail but there was no call back either. Very poor communication skills here.
They are such Great managers! I have never had such awesome managers! Cliff and Cheryl are the best! They are hard working, friendly and dedicated!
