The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Oaks
Jack is very helpful, I’ve lived here for about 2 years. Enjoying my time here.
This place has gone down hill over the last couple years. Terrible service. Don’t answer or return calls. Don’t return service calls. Terrible upkeep.
I'm not sure where the good reviews came from but I'm going to be up front on what I experienced at these apartments. First the apartments on the site is the main office just emptied out right after they remolded it. They dress up the apartments to look nice but fall apart, the plumbing is so old that you have to have a plunger for kitchen sinks just to do dishes or run the dishwasher. Maintenance is a joke the shower broke and wasn’t fix for a year I had to manually turn the water off from behind the tube. Rarely would they actually fix anything at most they will rig it to barely function. The list is much longer and the cops are always there on top of it so that’s also fun. So if your moving here look around Stillwater and the surrounding areas for the same cost you can find a much better deal where you’ll have better luck with the management.
Property Manager at Cedar Oaks, Responded To This Review
Hello. I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and respond to your comment. My name is Lindsay and we just here recently changed management and also we had a new maintenance guy join us about 6 months ago as well. We are in the process of changing a lot of things around the property and want our residents to be nothing but happy and also to feel safe. I am deeply sorry for the experience that you had while you were/currently living out here on property. Please, if there is anything that I can do please do not hesitate to reach out. It's my job and goal for no one to ever feel the way you did while living here.
I really liked bob and Ira coming to fix my air conditioner. They did a very good job and everything is very clean , thank you very much for your services.
I've lived here for 3 years, and I love it. The manager is incredibly friendly, and always organizing things to get the community together (outdoor movie nights, barbecues, etc). Haven't needed much repaired or replaced, but the maintenance personnel are friendly and knowledgeable as well. It's a reasonable distance to town, or OSU, but still on the edge of town so it's quiet.
Gross place to live especially for the price and atmosphere. Rude management. Very outdated apartments!
I really wish I could write a raving review but I cannot with this company. As I worked previously in the property management business this company is one to avoid. They mislead people and when questions are asked they answer yes to whatever it maybe and then later state that it is a no. Do yourself a favor and go rent somewhere else!

When we first got an appartment with cedar oaks the management was thorough with all the paperwork ,all the fine print with deposit and rent payments ,no stone was left unturned. The neighborhood is great and people are friendly. Everything is kept clean. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

No amenities but charges as if there are. Expensive rent and small outdated apartments. There are better apartments in the area with more. Rude management and the contract is set up like a scam. Avoid these apartments!
