Gold Coast Apartments

The quality of the apartment is not great, it is becoming very outdated. I had the last tenants hair painted over in my bathroom, roaches outside every night, as well as old windows/doors with no seal. Would not recommend

I've had such a great experience living here that I renewed my lease for another year. The apartment complex is extremely peaceful, and it’s clear the management cares about maintaining a nice environment. While there isn’t a spa or gym, the rent is priced accordingly, which I actually appreciate. The laundry rooms are cleaned daily, and during my first lease, all the machines were replaced with new ones, which was a huge plus. Parking is secure and free for residents—each unit gets a designated spot. There's no separate guest parking, but you’re allowed to let guests use your space, and there’s usually street parking available nearby. Maintenance is on-site and available 24/7, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences when I’ve needed anything fixed. The complex is also in a very secure area—it's right across from the police academy, and I regularly see uniformed officers around, which makes me feel even safer. Internet options are flexible, with AT&T, Spectrum, and Verizon Wireless available in the area. Lastly, I have to shout out the property manager—she’s super responsive and always does her best to resolve any issues that come up. I really feel taken care of here.

I lived at Gold Coast Apartments for 3 years. The staff at Gold Coast is really nice. They have AC and large 2 bedrooms 2 bath apartments. I have told a lot of friends to move there and they were happy as well.

Gold Coast Apartments is a great place to live. I give it 5 stars lots of open space, beautiful pool area, private patios and more. Dan the maintenance guy can fix anything and Lee the onsite manager is terrific at handing any issues in a timely manner.

I love how quiet the neighborhood is. Really nice to come home and not be disturbed by loud neighbors. I am impressed at how well maintained the property is and the staff is very nice. I definitely recommend this place to others

Before I rented an apartment at Gold Coast I was concerned about pest that might be in the apartment. Lee mentioned that each apartment is inspected after the last tenant moves out by a licensed Pest Control Company and if any pests are found the unit is treated. I have had some bad experiences in other apartment communities and wanted to be sure this would not happen again. I just moved out after 2.5 years and I was very satisfied with the apartment. The only issue I had at the property was my refrigerator stopped working and the maintenance person brought in another one the same day to use until the new one arrived. I also liked having my own parking space and not having to always hunt for some where to park. Good place to live.

This is the second time I have rented at Gold Coast Apartments. I rented again because the staff does an excellent job of managing the property. I was able to get a fully remodeled apartment with a garage and everything was new. Lee really takes care of her tenants and when I had a maintenance request it was taken care of the next day. I was also able to make some extra cash by referring a couple of friends. I would highly recommend Gold Coast. 5 stars….

Apartment is nice being so close to school being a full time student but building itself is old and hear your neighbors talking or walking above you. Can't afford to move to nice apartments but wish I could!! Please help me!!
