Just moved into my new 2BHK at Broadstone and I couldn’t be happier! The apartment is super aesthetic — modern finishes, spacious layout, and it just feels like home. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, and you can tell they’ve paid attention to detail. But honestly, the amenity area is the real showstopper! From the pool and lounge spaces to the gym and work-from-home spots — it's all top-tier. It feels like living in a boutique hotel (but better, because it’s home!). The team has been great so far — friendly, responsive, and made move-in a breeze. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to start this next chapter. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a stylish and comfortable place to live!

Broadstone SoBro truly feels like home! The staff and residents here are all super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There are plenty of floorpan options as well as price points. The amenities and location are hard to beat. The location of the building is perfect as it is close to everything but still tucked away from the tourism.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. Airport is 15 min away. Downtown is a 15 min walk. Easy access to the highway, and great resident events so you can meet neighbors.

Broadstone Sobro has allowed for my first year in Nashville to be fantastic. The staff are all so kind, efficient, & communicative. The apartments themselves are beautiful & my dog loves to run around at the dog run outside :)

It’s a good apartment but dog owners seem to leave their dogs bathroom things behind constantly in the dog run. People seem friendly and nice that live here!

Apartments are beautiful and the staff is top tier, other than limited guest parking and the cost of rent I can’t complain! They host monthly events, and it’s a quiet community that is upkept very well! Plus, its right in the heart of the city and close to the interstate.

I love living here, we just need a bigger gym with more equipment. I workout every morning here, but the gym could offer more and be bigger. The pool is amazing in the summer, it it could be bigger.

Been here for about half of my lease. The community events is what makes this place great! The maintenance team is also phenomenal. Super quick service.

So far everything has been excellent. Beautiful property, great leasing staff, awesome neighbors. And the location cannot be beat! Parking is surprisingly not bad either!

The leasing staff is phenomenal! I love the location close to the interstate, makes my commute a breeze. I like that the community is downtown, yet tucked away from the tourist.

Seamless transition into my unit. The staff here could not be more helpful. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking. The only bad part is the constant fire engines blasting their sirens at the intersections surrounding the building

The people that work in the leasing office are just some of the most amazing people. They help out SO much and I feel lucky to have them, Brooke especially. The residents are incredibly friendly and it's easy to connect and build a community.

Broadstone at Sobro stands out above the rest of the communities in Nashville. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and professional. I’ve never had to wait on questions to be answered, or maintenance to be taken care of immediately. And it’s refreshing. Real people who love their residences and their jobs. My appartment is super cute and fits my needs perfectly. The pool is beautiful, the views from the sky lounge are awesome. And the community here is very welcoming. I’m super happy with my decision to come here. Truly the best staff I’ve ever worked with. And it’s conveniently close to down town.

This place is beautiful, but it was the experience with Gabi and Savannah in the leasing office that really made my move in experience above and beyond. Moving to a new state is difficult, and they were so helpful and genuine, super grateful and happy to be here!
