Home Sweet Home!!!

As we all know Baltimore can be an interesting place to live. We are a colorful community with backgrounds from all walks of life. The Jordan is a representation of our community in the heart of Bolton Hill. From the friendliness, compassion and professionalism of the staff (management to janitorial) my family and I have always been treated with the up most respect. My fellow tenants are always a pleasure to connect with in passing and the security in and around the building has frequently given me comfort in the midst of my comings and goings during all times of the day and night. Another great feature is our fitness area, rooftop deck, our community room and our connections with The Tilted Row. All these amenities have provided some form of pleasure during our stay. This truly has been the best renting experience I have had while in MD and would recommend The Jordan to every person considering moving in and around the city. Oh and one last thing which is a big deal in B-more is we're PEST/RODENT FREE!!! I been here for 17months and live in a ground floor unit. I've only had 3 crickets cross my threshold... lets just say they didn't make it to far on their adventure...lol. The Jordan really is beautiful place to call home. Come and join us.

We really enjoy this apartment. It’s centrally located and has great amenities. Natasha was and continues to be really helpful and responsive. Happy with our decision to move here!

Simply Beautiful

The Jordan is a very modern and sophisticated apartment home. If you are moving here from out of town, and you have to choose an apartment with out seeing it, you won’t go wrong. This apartment home is amazing ??. It is amazing because it is located in Bolton Hill, very quaint little neighborhood. Moreover, the leasing agent, Natasha, is very pleasant and helpful. In addition, the price is adequate for what you get, brand new building with modern appliances, well worth it. Lastly, the location is magic as well. You can walk to eateries, train station, and night life. The tenants are pleasant as well.

Great apartment, and even greater staff!

I was the first to move into this apartment back in May, and I can honestly say I made the right decision. This apartment complex is beautifully designed! I love the high ceilings and natural light in my apartment. The staff here is exceptional. They are always very attentive and quick to respond! Coming from the apartments I’ve come from, its nice to have management that is always happy and willing to help! The apartment manager Christina has by far been the most helpful and most friendly so far during my time here. I highly recommend this place to anyone out there looking for a new clean modern, artistically designed apartment!

Great New Apartment Building

I was looking for a nice updated apartment building this Spring, at an affordable price, and the Jordan has given me just that. The building just opened up this month (May 2019), and everything is brand new. The suites are nice and clean with adequate new appliances, and features like the classy bathroom layout and walk-in closet are luxuries I didn’t realize I’d need, but am fortunate to have. Natasha and Christine (management) were incredibly helpful through the whole application and move in process, and are responsive and accommodating when I have problems/questions. I’ve read bad reviews on other apartments in Baltimore, and was originally skeptical that I’d ever find an apartment I’d be excited to live in, but I’ve found that with the Jordan.
