We stayed here for a week and the location was excellent. Walking distance to Broadway and lots of restaurants near for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very helpful and provided advice when needed. Highly recommended

Sentral has a gem with Timeka. She has been and still is nothing but a pleasure to work with! She was one of the main reasons I decided to renew my 3 units as well as getting my 4th unit. Looking forward to my 5th as well!

I was a residence and host at Sentral Sobro for 2 years and I had the best experience with the team especially Timeka, she always went above and beyond to help out when issues arises and she was very prompt to respond to inquiries on the phone or on email. It was nice to have such a proactive person at the office. Loved it!

Sentral SoBro in Nashville is a phenomenal place to call home! Unbeatable location, beautiful amenities, safe and peaceful...I couldn't ask for more! I've been a part of this community for about 2 and a half years and plan to stay just as long as they'll have me! Specifically, I cannot say enough great things about their staff. They are incredibly kind, consistent, and supportive whenever I need help with maintenance or any other immediate matter. This is a true rarity and nothing short of amazing! Timeka is over the Homeshare program and is a joy and honor to work with! She has not only shown herself to be an advocate for us hosts overall, but has literally saved a couple of my units during an unfortunate flooding situation. I'm forever grateful to her and all of the Sentral SoBro staff for their continual help and making me feel like family with every interaction. I'm one lucky gal!

Fully recommend this place! The staff is super nice and helpful! Special shoutout to Isabel that really helped me out throughout my stay there. The apartments are fully equipped and are so nice! I will definitely go back there when I get a chance! Also great location and lovely facilities like gym and pool! Definitely book this place!

Sentral leasing team lead by Timeka has been nothing but exceptional. Everything from touring, applying, setting up freight elevators to getting the homesharing in place has been the easiest experience working with this staff. The property is centralized to every venue downtown Nashville including my favorite (City Winery). Most important the building is always clean with all amenties. If you are looking for a home this is it. It is a home away from home for me.
Right on the edge of downtown. Close but avoids the traffic/crowds of downtown. Lovely facilities clean and comfortable. Additionally very knowledgeable, friendly staff are employed here. I met “Kat” that guided us to great things that were filtered with our likes and wishes. Highly recommend

I lived here for a while after relocating for work and loved it! The staff and neighbors are very friendly and they keep the place very clean. Brock, the General Manager, is one of the best I've ever worked with. They have all the amenities you could want and more; pool, wonderful club house, amazing gym, pet spa, safe and secure parking, and Very close to downtown and within walking distance of tons of great places to visit. Highly recommended. Really, really fun place!

I have lived at Sentral since before they took over in the Spring, and there have been many changes in the building. The manager has pretty much redesigned the lobby and other places and it looks so much better. The building is much more lively now.

We recently moved into the Sentral and can’t say enough good things. The building and amenities are always very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the pool area is beautiful, and the common areas are amazing. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure all questions are answered and addressed immediately. In particular, we have worked most closely with Chantel and Julien, both whom excel at making sure every detail is taken care of. It’s very refreshing into walk into a building where everyone is smiling and the staff across the board is working to maintain an exceptionally high standard.
