I don’t like how unorganized the complex is. I understand it’s a fairly new development but there’s no stability. Every time I go into the office there’s a new person sitting at the desk. The spare key to my apartment has been lost three times. And it seems the rules keep changing on paying the rent late. There’s also always construction happening in my building. But the neighbors are usually quiet and not bothersome.

I love my new home, but there is some needed fixes here and there. Cozy home with an Ac and big living room. The tub just needs fixing as well as the wire that connects the internet, but its fine rn it just wasn't connect to anything.

I just moved in and my experience has been great!! It seems to be very quiet but it’s still early. The apartments are advertised as being renovated. I’m on the second floor and the floors seem to be a lil creaky when walking. Maybe our building hasn’t been renovated yet.

I loved when I first moved here but over time the promises weren't kept and lies were told. Especially after not building the pool back and not having promised amenities that are posted all over the neighborhood I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Started off extremely badly but over time it has gotten better. It allows for people to get housing with a discounted rate for a couple months, so that is good.

Nice upgraded apartments, outside landscaping properly maintained, responsive and friendly office staff, however very strict rules about parking, smoking, dog poop and noise
The administration team is very diligent. I have had a good experience so far. The only thing I'm missing from here is the update of the laundry room. Those machines are nasty and having to do laundry outside is draining my time and energy to the point that I would find a place that has laundry in/on site.

Not all it seems anymore and they took away the pool. One of my main reasons for choosing the property. Never know who is in the office anymore and the communication sucks

It’s a nice spacious home, in a quiet area.. the black appliances really make the apartment stand out. All neighbors are very friendly the area gives a very home feeling, I love it!

I like living at new west Durham apartments I like the people they are very nice people it is very quiet here and very well maintained and very safe out here it is a nice place to live

There's been at least 5 sets of office employees including manager since i've been here. We were promised things that never happened when we signed our lease the 2ed time to renew. Promised new washers dryers pool dog park, only 1 washer and dryer has worked the past 2 years. there's no dog park. the pool isn't happening they said. this place is not the best place to live, people's cars getting broken into on friday evenings. not a safe place for children. maybe Ok for college students who don't leave their house but to go to school and work.

It’s been ok so far great neighborhood every peaceful an quiet I would definitely recommend only problem I’ve had is the water they say water if free/included but you pay a percentage of the water other then that great place so far

peaceful enviroment , neighbors arent loud i enjoy this neighborhood so far , so far no compliants so hopefully it stays like this for the rest of my time here

I have had a nice experience within the first week living here. I only had a few maintenance issues which were solve after a third request but I had a bad experience at the laundry facilities, the machines are old, dirty and rusty, they are not as advertised. I don't recommend to use them.

Everything about this apt has been great. Quiet nice area no loud noises. Anything brought to office or maintenance is handled quickly. I have been very happy with the apartment thus far

Do not move here move here!!!!! We moved May 2023, and I’m literally counting down until we move out maintenance never comes. They have switched out management multiple times they don’t care about anything. Yeah they’re doing renovations but to apartments that no one is moving into they need to fix the current residence that are living there paying rent apartments first. There is people that throw parties in the abandoned apartments I don’t even do my laundry there because I don’t feel safe in the basement. They smoke in the buildings they let their kids run around at all hours of the night there’s glass and trash everywhere. Don’t even feel safe walking my dog. The new management begged me to leave a positive review, but still has yet to fix all the issues going on in our apartment we have literally stopped complaining at this point and our counting down days until we move out that’s how bad is gotten! When you first moved in our apartment wasn’t even ready, there was open wires trimming laid out through the apartment leaking sinks black mold .. etc The list honestly goes on and the new management and staff that comes in They still won’t care. I don’t even know why this place is still running at this point. They will probably respond back to this saying that things are gonna get fixed and things are gonna get better. It’s all a lie. We have been begging for changes prior to our move-in and nothing has happened. I am honestly sick of people lying to my face. There are no amenities! Office is barely open

No coax for wifi, the heater in the room is heating even when you turn it off. The apartment is nice but no washer and dryer even tho they ask you in the application if you want them
