dissatisfied with the maintenance, infrastructure, and noise from the road. The amenities are nice. I wish there were more study rooms/areas in the lobby. Had a couple bad experiences getting locked out of my apartment because the key fobs do not work.

Horrible management, the building is basically falling apart, residents don't clean up after their animals, businesses under building are loud. Not a good experience at all!

I moved here in late July for NSU. Zona Village is a great choice for someone who wants to live in a safe and quiet community. I appreciate living near a gas station, Publix, Trader Joe's, and CVS. The retail in this building is a unique feature. The pool area is well-maintained.

I like the area this apartment is in. It’s near schools and the highway. Miami isn’t too far but neither is northern Broward. It’s a happy medium. The parking situation is getting better. It’s expensive to live here. Sometimes I wish we had private entrances too. The elevator is reliable but when it breaks down it’s not a good time

Love living here. Location can’t be beat. Staff is second to none. Just a couple caveats - If you don’t enjoy noisy pets be sure to request in advance not to be near constantly barking dogs though still no guarantee. Not common but Some issues though with residents leaving dog pee etc in common areas and/or vandalizing elevator.

I truly enjoy living at Zona. I can't imagine living anywhere else in the Davie area. I am a student at NSU and the drive to campus is usually around 5-8 minutes and the staff at Zona is always a pleasure to talk to.

Zona Village is a great place to live at. There is great walkability around Zona and several food options. The apartment building houses a gym, pool, and lobby with a conference room, pool table, and shuffleboard table. There is also a dog spa and dog park that my dog often enjoys. They also have great restaurants downstairs, such as the new sandwich and smoothie shop, That's-a-Wrap. I highly recommend it. The office staff is kind, and the maintenance staff is attentive.

Dominique and Mike have been so kind and supportive during my move-in process. I was sickly and missed my move in date and they held my apartment for an entire week for me. If they would have gave away my apartment, that obviously would have been a disaster. Since I've been residing here at Zona, it has been so quiet and pleasant. I love it here!

Overall a good place to live. We renewed our lease due to the convince of location, maintenance, and building amenities. I would love to see some type of upgrade to the pet relief area, as I don’t find it sufficient for our standards. Owners not picking up after their pets, pulled up dirt, and simply just not a big enough space for every pet in our building to use. It often doesn’t smell pleasant and my dog doesn’t even like going into the pet relief area which is always concerning.

I like this apartment complex but obviously there are still issues.I prefer it over the other apartments I saw in the same price range in the area. That being said nothing is perfect but it’s good enough
Things at Zona have been great so far. Move in has been pretty smooth. The building is quiet. Parking is something that takes sometime to get used to.

The location is great. I was very happy here until a few instances with the property manager. My wife and i both agree if there was an improvement in staff we would of definitely stayed. Maintenance assistant is amazing.
Everything is great just the washing machine wasn't working but the maintenance crew and leasing office worked fast to fix this issue. I love going to the pool in the evenings. I was wondering about the jacuzzi, how do we get the bubble to work???
Love it here. Location. Apartments , Amenities, staff, neighbors, neighborhood, accessible to airport, major roads shopping, restaurants and attractions.
Even on the move in day everyone in the apartment is friendly. The amenities are really pretty and it seems as though the community enjoys the amenities. The lobby is always quiet and an amazing place to study. I am excited to meet the people here and create a community/ join the community here.

I moved into Zona Village in July, and it has been an overall solid experience so far. The only complaint I would have is the package room. I would like there to be more parcel lockers to keep the resident's packages safe.

I have had a great experience living at Zona Village. Very calm community and the units are very specious and modern. Pet friendly, and quiet. I would recommend living here. Very local to highways, and easy access

Nice place but could be nicer.. $100 to park a month is outrageous. Not ideal for pets as there is minimal green space, and the pet relief area is always disgusting. Residents don’t clean up after themselves and their pets.

Moved in about a month ago and my partner and I have truly enjoyed living here. The amenities are well kept and my dog loves the dog park in the back.

Was a nice place to live for the last year. Appreciated the staff. Miss the free coffee. Good neighborhood. Parking changes were not smooth but I like garage.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, and if I don’t have to leave I don’t think I will any time soon. I’ve never had a problem here, and if the building ever had issues it was always solved right away and they always make residents a priority. I appreciate the staff here so incredibly much!!

The move in process was so fast and easy, the units are beautiful and very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Beautiful amenities. The leasing office was very effective and fast with my application.
