I've lived in a 611 Park studio for 6 months, and I loved it. At the apt tour, I must say that I thought the rent would not work out, as the visit schedule was delayed unexpectedly by the manager, but I am glad I insisted and that they accepted my international documents. The location is perfect for students. I paid almost nothing in transportation, considering the services, the area's walkability, the free circulators, and shuttles. The apartment was spacious and in great condition with a great view—I could see the crow's flight every night!. The pool was such a great amenity during the summer. Most of all, the personnel were super gentle and helpful until my last day. At the end of the year, they put together a delicious breakfast—pastries, eggs, fresh juice, fruits, desserts, and mimosas—it was good food! Thanks 611 Park personnel for all the support, I wish you the best

Any maintenance requests are handled right away and done with quality work.

The apartment is well kept by staff. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. Staff is always professional, polite, and friendly. Repairs to the facility have increased comfort. Parking downtown is always premium and having access to a designated spot is priceless. I have spent more than forty happy years here. I'll miss the friendly staff a lot. Six Eleven is a great place to live. I'll miss it.

What can I say? Living at 611 Park has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here's very helpful and attentive to all of your needs. The front desk associates Ms. Brittany & Ms.Sattie are the kindest young ladies you could ever meet! I believe it's their interpersonal relationships between majority of the tenants here is the key factor that really makes this place feel like home.. Because it is home.

I’ve lived here for just a few months and it’s been so dope!!! The building itself is so charming. Nice decor, always clean and smells amazing. The staff is so friendly and maintenance has been top notch. Any request I put in was always taken care of the same day and they do it right!!!! Even communicate with you through the entire process via email. Amenities like a rooftop swimming pool, gym, multiple laundry rooms in this beautiful neighborhood….THEY WON!!!!!

I moved here almost a year ago and have had a wonderful experience. I will definitely renew my lease. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Brittany especially is fabulous and always happy to help with any issues that come up. Maintenance is great and I haven't had any problems! Location is amazing and there's so much to do within walking distance. Also the price for the location and service is really great. I would recommend 611 Park Ave to anyone looking to move to Mount Vernon!

I just want to start off by saying that I moved to 611 from out of state for the location in Baltimore, I had no idea what the apartment looked like beforehand or the nature of the building so I walked into this blindly. Living here for almost 3 months I can say I’m happy with my apartment, and the service I receive here . My apartment was clean and certain aspects of it was brand new which was a nice touch upon moving in. The building has an elevator, laundry, pool, fitness center and optional pay parking which makes life easier. It’s also centrally located to restaurants,Museums, downtown, the inner harbor and the monument/ park. The monument is around the corner and is a great place to sit outside or walk the dog. What I like about the building besides the amenities is that it gets involved in the community and sometimes host fun festivities in the lobby for the holidays. 611 also keeps us posted on what’s going on around the neighbor which is nice. I’m forever grateful to the staff. Brittany is such a gem and was helpful through the whole process from applying for the apartment to assisting onsite with any questions or concerns since I’ve been here. The staff including maintenance is usually available during business hours and responds quickly to request. Everything has been easy for me here and I appreciate that being new to town and all. I also want to mention I feel safe inside and outside the building which is often quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend 611 for the good location, nice apartment with amenities and friendly staff.

611 park is a great community. I have lived here since 1986. Great staff and management! This area is nice, feels secure, plus the restaurant and supermarket are within walking distance. Great amenities! Close to the inner harbor and restaurant.

This apartment's location has been perfect for me as I do not have a car and we are only two blocks away from the bus stop on the main road in the city, N Charles Street. I am able to get to work and to other areas of the city by way of bus routes and the circulator. I also have a dog park for my dog Sunny Day, on Howard Street which is only a block north of my apartment as well. All that being said Mt. Vernon is a beautiful neighborhood to live in and this building is beautiful, too. The maintenance and front desk staff are extremely kind, considerate, and caring. I love our popcorn Fridays! They also just celebrate holidays in the cutest ways: ex. I got chocolate and other candies on Valentines day! Great community overall, highly recommend (:

I love my new apartment at 611 Park Avenue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittany who works at the Front Desk addresses issues right away and I had two small concerns on different days and maintenance came within a hour or so the same day. I want to say that Deon in maintenance is wonderful. I’m loving it here and everything in the building is well kept. The last thing that I love is there is a gym and a rooftop pool.

611 is a great place to live. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Located in a safe neighborhood, I am so happy I found this place!

I am living at the Severn which is a building owned by 611 park avenue. My apartment is plenty spacious, has all the amenities that I need, and excellent and kind management. As a resident of the Severn, I get access to 611 Park as well, which includes niceties such as a gym and a pool for the summer months.

611 Park is a great place to live. The building is clean and well maintained, neighborhood is awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm thrilled to have found this apartment. Definitely recommend it.

Since I've been here I feel right at home. It has been an honor living here, any issues I had experience was alway resolved in timely manner. The amenities are so amazing and the parking garage is such a bonus. I have no plans on leaving!!!

I reside at 611 Park Ave and management is amazing. The property is located in a convinient area and everyone is very friendly. They listen to your concerns and promptly address all concerns. The building is always very clean and the apartment was in a great condition when I moved. Every person that I have encountered in the office has been very professional, extremely nice and very helpful. The maintenance team is very nice and very professional too. Aside from my 10th floor AMAZING view of the city and sunset every night, I think the best thing about 611 is the maintenance staff. I've lived in many apartment complexes where maintenance issues were the reasons I've moved. Not here! 99% of the time they have handled my issues same day. They have gone above and beyond to address any concerns. Keith, the maintenance manager, is AMAZING and knowledgeable and has spent way more time than he was required explaining to me exactly what the issues were. 10/10 would recommend. The pool + gym are an added perk but it's just so nice to live in a place where your time and space is respected as much as 611 does. Also, Brittany is incredibly professional and nice and is one of the reasons I have renewed my lease twice now.

I love my 611! There is a great sense of community here that starts from the inside. Management is efficient when it comes to your personal needs. They give a caring family vibe which feels great as this is my home away from home. I live in a spacious 1 bedroom apt w a great view of the city and of picturesque sunsets in the evening. 611 Park Ave on the outside is also an amazing place to call home. I love that I am in the center of everything great about Baltimore! If you are into sports the Ravens / Orioles are just a short Light Rail trip, Uber ride or leisurely walk away. Right across the street is the Maryland Historical Society, home to cultural artifacts and MD special collections. Right around the corner is the famous Walter's Art Gallery where you might catch a free live musical performance surrounded by awesome art ! If you have a dog, there's also a dog park close by. The neighborhood is super diverse and has so much to explore. The walkability really is great. It's close to small bars and family-owned restaurants where you might run into your neighbors, making new friends. I also have bragging rights that I live in "Historic Mt.Vernon" and guess what? I can view it , as I am sitting poolside on the rooftop working from home! Love my 611 and you will too!

At the heart of historic Mt. Vernon, I currently reside in their property called The Severn. Not only is the staff very responsive, friendly and has helped me a lot since I moved, but it has all the amenities you need. I enjoyed the pool in the summer, I like the security of a fob system, laundry, and I've never had any issues with mail or packages. I just signed my lease for another year. I definitely love all the charm that this building has to offer and I'm looking forward to my time spent here.

I live in a one bedroom apartment and I am very impressed with the size of the kitchen and living room. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate two closets ( one is walk-in). I also get sunlight in my rooms. Friendly people at desk and work order happens quickly. Happy to live here.

We love this apartment community because the staff is very attentive and they care about the residents. The building is clean and the neighborhood is lovely. It feels like a real family oriented community. I would certainly recommend this building to everyone who wants to experience true Mt. Vernon living.

611 Park Ave apt have been my home for 7 years because of its location to two museums,the main library and some of Baltimore best restaurants,611 Park Ave apt staff and its manager are friendly and very helpful they do an excellent job of maintaining the building,if you are looking for a great place to live check out 611 Park Ave.

I moved into 611 earlier this year and have had a great experience. It is in a great area with a lot to do (and I always feel safe!). Additionally, the staff is always very helpful. I love living here!

This property is well managed,clean & cozy. The staff as well as the residents make you feel comfortable and at home at all times. It is also very affordable and conveniently located in downtown Baltimore.

I have loved living at 611 Park Ave in Baltimore! It's in a great location and reasonably affordable. My apartment is spacious, I have a parking spot in the garage under the building, and I love having the gym right downstairs. The rooftop pool is an amazing bonus! When I first moved in there were some problems getting management to respond promptly to concerns, but I think there was a change of staff over the last few months, and things have been running very smoothly. Plus, they just hosted an excellent resident appreciation week, and I loved coming home to appetizers and ice cream sundaes!

I loved living here for the last five years. My apartment was beautiful with hardwood floors, and the pool was a great getaway in the middle of the city. The location was stellar, right next to Mt. Vernon parks and bars. And I have felt especially grateful for the front office staff, especially Yasmin, Tamika, and Asia, all of whom have been so friendly and helpful. Also, the maintenance staff have always been very responsive and kind. I will remember my time at 611 Park fondly.

Management is always there when you need them. Very responsive. Aside from having a staffed management desk, the team is responsive to emails, phone calls, and resident portal requests. Plus, they are super friendly. My morning laughs are the best.

I encountered with a bunch of problems (e.g., AC stopped working in the midst of summer, garbage disposer broken), which could not be avoided happening in any apartments. But what bothered me was that their responses were consistently delayed and the problem remained unfixed for long. At one instance, I emailed them regarding a certain issue, which was really time sensitive, but I didn't hear from them for a long time. It took me three weeks to get their response, after talking on the phone twice, re-sending email twice. I don't understand why this apartment is getting a lot of positive reviews, which are one year old or more. Probably the apartment used to do a better job back then?

The worst experience that I had! It is a ruined place managing with unprofessional people. Nothing works there, at least one day in a week water and AC was shut down. I was there for less than a year and I experience worst thing that can happen, (rubbery for one of the neighbors, stolen packages, homeless people were sleeping in cars in the parking) and at the end they stole my whole deposit!

I love living at 611 Park Avenue. My first apartment I'm in walking distance to everything theaters, restaurants, clothing shops , 10 - 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbor, cozy and warm apartment, spacious, affordable, and efficient leasing staff members. If you're looking to move to central Baltimore, lookup 611 Park Avenue first. You won't regret it.

It's hard to find a city residential building that is friendly, however, if that's something you like, live at 611 Park Avenue

I overall really enjoy living here at 611, and would recommend anyone moving to the Mount Vernon area to choose here to live.After viewing many apartments in the area I chose 611because of the modern look inside,and the excellent condition and upkeep of an old building. The apartment is nice and comfortable. As far as the noise control inside and out which I thought would be a problem is not even an issue. The staff is awesome and maintenance is quick responsive to issues. My plans was to be here for just a year, but because of the convenience of the location, the safety of the building and the amenities included are a plus. Not to forget about the awesome holiday party that was given for the residents, it assured me that they really do care and value the residents. All in which helped me make the decision to stay here longer.

I was searching for a studio at Mount Vernon, because it is a safe neighborhood and it is really near to my university shuttle. Since I am a student on exchange, my budget was limited. I still can't believe that I have found a great place for a very low price plus amenities such as pool and gym are available My studio-apartment is spacious and it is excellent for students who like to live alone or with their partners. Staff is very helpful and patient, once I accidentally sent my rent via US postal service and it was supposed to be late, but they were very considerate. Regarding the noise, I can only hear people when they are getting out of their apartments, but I can't hear anyone while they are inside the apartment. Building is old, which is not surprising since Mount Vernon is a historical neighborhood, but maintenance is effective in keeping everything clean and fixed. Overall, I would warmly recommend 611 Park Ave to everyone.

Throughout the summer, the chillers installed in the apartment could barely control the temperature. On October 15, the air cooling was replaced by air heating, that cannot be turned off by the apartment inhabitants. As a result, the temperature in the apartments is over 85F, days and nights. Many residents complained but the management refused to do anything and insisted on keeping the heating on until the next spring. The staff response to the complaints was rude and dismissive. Avoid at all costs.

I moved into 611 Park Avenue last June when I got a job at a local hospital and have loved it ever since. The rent is incredibly affordable for the area, the gym is incredibly convenient, and the rooftop pool is a definite plus! The staff is by far the best part of the apt complex. I work long hours and I never have to worry about packages or deliveries getting missed or lost. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Different parking options, apartment sizes, and it is very affordable in comparison to its location.

I moved into the building last June and love living here. The location is great- walking distance from the harbor and Camden Yards. The light rail to Horseshoe Casino and M & T Bank Stadium is down the block. Mount Vernon Marketplace is across the street and the Central library is around the corner. I don't have a car so it's important to have public transportation close by. I love the rooftop pool, big walk in closet in my apartment, plenty of sunlight. There are washers and dryers in the building as well as a fitness center. My cat is very welcome here- the staff even included a little gift for my pet during resident appreciation week! The staff has been awesome in helping a newcomer to Baltimore get situated with grocery stores, restaurant recommendations and suggesting fun things to see and do. Highly recommended!

This apartment building is perfectly located 7 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It is conveniently close to all means of transportation. 611 Park is a very peaceful residence. I love my apartment and the amenities that come with it; fitness center, rooftop pool, and community room with free wifi access. The staff is beyond pleasant and they are animal lovers so all residents pets fit right in.
