I haven't quite moved in yet, but so far everyone in the office staff have been incredibly helpful! Can't wait to start my living experience at Modera creative village!
I absolutely love it here, maintenance is always on top of things as well as the leasing office. This community is nice and quiet. I plan on renewing my lease as long as my rate does not increase.
I like the apartment and the building in general as well as the neighborhood. The staff could be more reactive sometimes. Pet friendly but they could create more spaces and events for pets.
Love this place, the amenities are great! I wish there were more guest parking options. I also am slightly concerned about the recent crime happening in the area.

I just renewed my lease not too long ago and it’s been nice living here. We sometimes get random fire alarms, and I hope we get an email every time explaining the reason. I get confused. Other than that, the staff have been helpful!
My experience at this apartment has been going well so far. The community is comfortable, and I have not had any issues worth noting yet. Overall, I am satisfied with my living experience up to this point.
Chris was the best he provided the best service! We loved the building and the unit!

Been here for about a year and so glad I chose to move here. The grounds are kept relatively clean, staff is always helpful and friendly, and I have the best coffee shop in Orlando right downstairs.

The leasing office staff are very attentive and helpful. the cleanliness of the building is perfect, and noise level is at the minimmum. Im loving my stay so far :)
We have a bright, nice apartment with a big balcony. The neighborhood is central but sometimes too noisy. Pet friendly. Close to train and bus station.
Def a nice area. I would recommend to anyone wanting a safe space. Friendly staff and everything is right at your fingertips! Great amenities and everything you need really.
Peace Quiet Tidy Up and the Astonishing service from leasing staff to maintenance teams is what I call “theres no place like home at Modera!”
Great place to live at! Beautiful location, friendly staff and quick to complete requests. Did not rate a 5 because during summer time and lightning, gates and elevators get broken a lot. They do try to fix as quickly as possible though.
Friendly tenants, helpful staff, timely repairs from maintenance, and generally low noise noticeable through walls/ceiling. Pool is great and so is the coffee shop!

I’ve enjoyed living here, love the area and also love the fact that we are so close to I4. The park it’s really cool, I enjoy watching everyone who gathers to play sports or whenever there is an event it’s nice to be right there if you feel like joining. Everyone it’s very friendly and the leasing consultants and maintenance staff are super helpful and attend to your needs as soon as they can. Overall a great place to live.

MCV is a very chill, clean and amenity filled community to live in. Walls and floors are thick so I hardly ever hear neighbors, and maintenance issues are handled pretty swiftly. No complaints

I love it here! I feel very safe, it’s a clean building. Very quiet, close enough to the downtown area and the highway but far enough to have no noise or traffic issues. The front desk staff are always helpful and I am excited to renew my lease again

We love our apartment that is really bright and has a very big balcony. The neighborhood is usually quiet. I enjoy the community events but I can rarely join them because they are organized during the office hours on days/times in which I work

I am at such peace and feels very safe and the luminary park upfront fives a nature feeling to walk and play and ground in the greenery grass that I truly wish I can purchase this apartment

Overall good except the shocking rainwater leakage all around the house during the recent past hurricane which caused extreme discomfort as there were not enough preplanning from the maintenance team. Amenities are really good, and we love it.

Homero made the prospecting, leasing, and moving in easy! He has been so incredibly helpful, every step of the way. Other residents are caring and kind, the property is beautiful, and so far there have been no issues (hoping it stays that way)

Good experience but some unresolved maintenance issues that might be annoying. Staff is pretty friendly tho and the community is nice and safe.

Nice condo in downtown Orlando. Our apartment is very bright and we have a big balcony. Something the Luminary Green Park can be noisy because of the events organized there or the music that they regularly or periodically put around the square.

Garage is a continuous pain point. Not a fan of the location of my apartment within the building; I have little to no privacy and there’s consistently noise from the patio area.

One of my favourite things about Modera is how efficient the Maintenance team is. Not only do they promptly solve your problems (usually on the same day), but they post tips every week on their instagram on how to better take care of your living space and do some DIY.

Everyone is so friendly. I love it. I also love the events they put up like for lunar new year. The place is also really clean and beautiful at night.
Very smooth process to get onboard, extremely friendly staff, clean environment, good amenities. Excellent location, full of activities. Close enough to downtown and there are always available scooters.

Its an overall nice place to live, only complaints are that elevators break down every 2-3 months since I moved in. They mention the parking situation with 2 bedroom homes and how you can only have 1 parking spot but we have 2 cars so I had to pay an extra $130 a month to park on the other side of the park which I thought would be fine but man does it suck after a long day or after getting groceries and having to go from the 4th floor on the other side of the park all the way to the apartments carrying groceries or such after your tired and that $130 racks up a lot over time and realize just how much it sucks that they don't have 2 parking for a 2 bedroom apartment. Doesn't make sense to me but guess they didn't think of that when constructing this site.

The move-in process was smooth and the apartment was very clean and had no major issues. The hallways and amenities are all very clean and accessible.
