It’s okay at best I don’t think I’d recommend it to anyone really not very people here are nice they have roaches everywhere the washer and dryer never work and when they do you have to spend a lot of money trying to actually wash and dry them

I love the area. Very few amenities but we supposed to have a laundry room for the washer and dryers do not work. We should not have to go to the laundromat do a laundry.

We need a bark park as promised. Unfortunately, some of my neighbors walk their dogs behind my building. I cant open my window for fresh air. I think there should be a mandatory! (Scoop the Poop) in other words, pick up after your pets poop use. All you smell is dog doo in the AIR!

They are always overcharging me for the utilities. I am honestly tired of this situation. I don’t have a lot of money to be overpaying water that I don’t even use this needs to get fixed for the month of February I had to pay over $200 for the water bill and that’s just, very upsetting. I need my money back.

Saludos buenas tardes. Nuestra experiencia según el tiempo que estamos habitando sus instalaciones dentro del apartamento muy tranquilo el interior muy cómodo y hasta ahora todo funciona bien. El área externa si hay que estar más al pendiente en cuanto a la limpieza. En los estacionamiento no se como controlan los vehículos que no tienen el emblema de inquilinos. Gracias

A few things could be better but they have remodeled these apartments beautifully. The dirty halls and carpet on the steps are the biggest issues. Hopefully that was considered in the cost of rent and should stay a cheaper price.

We have had issues since day one. The apartment is in need of repairs and when maintenance comes to repair the work is subpar, causing them to have revisit to fix problems. I will say it takes awhile but I have seen improvements. Also the they do have a laundry room which you have to pay to use, but the machines all need repairing, so it is a hit or miss if you plan to wash clothes. The office staff is accommodating, they try to help as best they can.

The apartment is nice , but it could be clean and should’ve had a walk through before I moved in .my bathroom had no shower handle , the water pressure in the sink is weak. Some of my cabinets don’t close all the way .while these are not that big of a deal it should have been fixed or a warning should’ve been given

The wait time for approval was a hassle. We moved in thinking the apartment was ready. It wasn't. Bathroom sink leaks. Brand new dishwasher doesn't work. Apartment is supposed to be upgraded, but we don't even have overhead lights in any of the rooms except the kitchen. The older apartments have them, so where's the upgrade? Trash container stays full and has rats. I wish I had seen all of this before.

ReNew Durham is centrally located which is the only thing I like about these... THE PARKING SUCKS!!!! There are no parking decals so anyone can park over here which they do... The buildings stay dirty and there's trash all over the ground...

I really like living here. I think, these are the largest apartments that I have seen in Durham. My building most of the time is very quiet. The neighbors are very nice. Everyone says hello when you pass them. I have lived here for 16 years and do not plan to move any time soon. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is the maintenance could improve. It seems like if you do not have an emergency, it can take a long time to have something fixed. I am hoping they will hire more people soon. If I were you, I would check it out.

Very nice — I’ve been here for 3years and have seen a lot of updates done around this complex.. the maintenance crew try their best on keeping the grounds looking nice and they are very polite and have been very helpful..the office staff are very helpful and friendly. when I have any concerns or complaints they do the best to make things right. It was a bumpy road at first trying to get an apartment but there was a lot of communication back and forth and everything was handled in a quick matter that was convenient. I have really enjoyed my apartment it’s later out very well and lots of windows for a nice view it’s very comfortable here.

This is an amazing place to live, I've only had problems off and on but , the manger and staff are great , attentive and caring about resident issues most of the time ...I Appreciate the services.

Don’t move here. The only good part of living here is that they keep the outdoor spaces relatively clean. When I lived there, my ac broke in the middle of the hottest part of summer and they said they were going to get someone out to my apartment the next day and it took them 1.5 weeks to be able to fix my AC. The average temperature of my apartment during that time was 90 degrees. The property manager also doesn’t return your calls no matter how many times you call and leave a message. When I moved in a year ago they said that they had a pool, yet a year later they haven’t even started construction. The laundry was also broken for 8 months out of the 14 months that I lived there. It was never fixed despite numerous repair orders. One last thing, someone was murdered in the building next to the one I was living in. All in all, don’t rent here. Rent literally anywhere else but here.

I have lived here for 10 years and love these apartments. They are the biggest apartments in Durham. They have a very nice mix of neighbors. The staff is wonderful. If I have a problem, which is very seldom, I just make one call and they are here to help licitly split. We are close to everything that you need (I.e. groceries, Walmart, Target, Laundromats, etc.). The traffic is very easy...even at "rush" hour.
