It’s been terrible management could have accommodated me for my car being stolen on the property but instead she lied and said she couldn’t. I think it’s very unprofessional to tell your resident as well that you can’t prevent our cars from being stolen or broken into here. Also I only lived here 6 months and this has happened so the experience has been really awful and I don’t plan on signing another lease.

Soundwater is well-kempt, quiet, and coveniently located. I was surprised by the tranquility here, given how close it is to a major road. It is very dog friendly, but you rarely hear other dogs barking or making noise. The amenities are exceptional, and the office staff was very quick to respond to my emails. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and the balcony is superb. It is a rare find for a great price, and I am ecstatic to continue living here.

Everything about Soundwater WAS perfect. A gorgeous, peaceful, safe community with fantastic staff and amazing amenities. Now, AirBnbs have unfortunately ruined what made this place so special. It is no longer safe, completely unlivable during the weekends due to Airbnb parties, full of random people and cleaners with no respect for the residents, no parking because it is all taken by Airbnb clients, trash left all around, and security doors left open constantly. This may have to do with the Airbnbs being cheaper than the actual rent! And that’s not including no credit check, free cleaners, and $60 a night for a 2 bedroom apt that is listed for 8 people! Honestly devastated, I loved this place but there’s no chance at me renewing unless the Airbnbs are gone.

I lived here for the past 6 months and enjoyed every minute of it unil they allowed Airbnb guests to live in the rooms that werent being rented out. Since then, the Airbnb guests have ruined lots of ammenities as well as ruined the great living experience we once had. Do not move here until they stop allowing Airbnb guests. I will be leaving once my lease is up.

From the first day of deciding to move to Soundwater I went in asking a ton of questions. Myself and my questions were well received and answered and I got a choice of new apartments in my selected floor plan on several floors to suit me. The move in was facilitated easily and the entire process caused me to choose an 18 Month lease by the end of my first visit. I’m incredibly glad and appreciate the gym and the amazing amenities as well as my gorgeous home.

I’ve lived at Soundwater for about a month and couldn’t be happier! The apartment itself is beautiful, floor plan works so well for me, amenities are incredible, and feels like a very safe community. The couple maintenance requests I had were taken care of right away. I also love that the location is tucked away by the river, while still being so close to downtown. I’m very happy with my decision to move here!

Do not move in to Sound Water. It’s not safe. It’s under construction. It’s not ready for people. All amenities are under construction and landscaping at building 100 is bad. Car was broken into. Building not secured. Unsafe Apartments are left open all night they are vacant
