Stayed here with my family for 4 years while doing my Ph.D. at UARK. Totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. The manager, Billy, is very responsive and always take care of any maintenance issues. Great place!
This is a great place to live. The landlord is amazing the best I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend this place.
