I really enjoy living at this property, it is very quiet and the ladies in the office are very nice and maintenance responds very promptly. It has a nice area to walk my pet.

All the requests that I have put in were answered the same day within an hour.I have no qualms here. It’s quiet and staff is friendly. It’s an out of state company who”s application process was quick. I would recommend them

Very quiet place with cool neighbors and chill dogs all around for the most part. They could use some updated landscaping around the place and general upkeep like sweeping. Needs some more drainage for water it seems on some areas. Overall it is very safe and the maintenance team is very thorough and efficient for the most part. Office staff can be a headache here. They just don’t seem to care about the residents as much as my old complex did.

Maintenance team is quick and gets the job done. My husband was even able to host his meetings without any disruption while they worked on several things in the apartment.

I put in many requests. I was told there was no ladder to fix a light outside my appartment as ppl would stop an look inside as i watched them daily l do this. No new locks after 4 requests. Its a hassle. Managment is not the best. Its a bad area. Businesses have bars on the windows for a reason. Run. Too much to explain. If i could write more off my phone i would. Just run. This is a bad place. Managment wont help you. They act nice until you move in. If your white its seems like your already tagged not to help. Its just a poor run down place with Tampa management. Wow! Just run don't let your college kids move here. Specially single woman
Had an abysmal experience trying to get an emergency maintenance request addressed after my ceiling caved in. Major safety issue living here. The contractors used for the job began repairs prematurely without my knowledge or consent, and damaged my personal property in the process. It's been roughly one month since the incident and I still don't have resolution. Management is either incapable of handling the task or does not consider a tenant's ceiling collapsing to be a priority. Will not renew lease, seeking alternate housing.
I have lived here for 2 years, for an entire year my bathroom ceiling has leaked, it has seperated from the wall and the rest of the ceiling is cracking, the vanity is destroyed from water damage. I have asked, I have begged, I have gone to regional and BBB. No resolution. Nothing. I am easy going and take care of things on my own, but their response to work requests or urgent matters is laughable. If you want details or if youd like to visit my apartment to see for yourself do not hesitate to contact me. I have months worth of recorded contact, photos, and videos.
This place was an absolute nightmare! Between the god awful bug issues and the unprofessional staff who run this complex, I can't see how they justify what the charge for rent!
Location is great, close to everything, job, school, stores, mall is only 15 minutes away, close to the river and beach, most of all its a great area to raise our kids. very peaceful and quit at home, with good neighbors. nice balcony and view to relax, and nice pool to go out and cool off on a sunny day. gated community with lighting at night make it feels more private. optional washer and dryer hookups. over very good apartment.
