Since becoming a resident at this property, my son's bicycle used to commute to and from campus was stolen within the first week, even though it was chained to the bike rack. Now his motorcycle along with several other motorcycles were vandalized overnight and no one caught it happening even though they have security cameras everywhere, which tells me those cameras are NOT monitored. They just submit the camera footage to police when something happens. For the price we pay to for our students to live in these apartments, we need real security for our students that keep them and their belongings safe!
The property is very nice and well kept! I feel safe living here and have met some really great neighbors. The staff is always helpful. Eli, a staff member, has consistently made sure he can help me every time I needed it. Highly recommend!
The amenities this place offers is so nice. love living here for sure.

I have lived here since August and my bestfriend works here as well. The staff is so friendly and cares deeply about its residents! They make you feel at home and the property is so cool with so many amenities.
The gym is huge and theirs not a lot of people in there all at once since its open 247.
I love the huge hot tub. Defiantly a huge plus and the place is clean so that really good.

Professional and kind staff always willing to help great amenities beautiful place to live and very welcoming. Maintenance crew does an excellent job on keeping up on maintenance very kind and helpful I would recommend this place.
For one the property is fantastic, but what really makes living at the Quarters great is the awesome staff they have. Every one of them is extremely helpful with answering questions and are all just friendly people!
The Quarters is amazing! Their staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a complex! The community here is so fun! They have great events and they truly care about their residents. If you’re gonna live Stillwater, you gotta go with the Quarters!

Best thing about living here is that it’s not far from campus so I can walk to class everyday.
the apartments are really nice, come fully furnished and have stainless steel kitchen appliances! the amenities are really nice too, they have a coffee and popcorn maker inside the club house as well as pool tables, a 24 hr gym, tanning beds and multiple study rooms! it’s a really nice place and i love it here!

The quarters has an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like family! They do whatever they can to make sure everyone is happy and has a great experience while staying there. The maintenance staff is amazing. They do everything they can to fix any problems you may have fast! The aprtments are super cute and comfy and They always have some sort of events going on at the pool, volleyball courts, or in the clubhouse. 10/10 would recommend!
Our daughter lives here and absolutely loves it! The apartments are really nice and updated. The pool and clubhouse are great. Management is extremely responsive and really cares about their residents and the staff is awesome.
This property is fantastic and well-maintained. Management is very personal and involved with the tenants...they really care! There are always fun events planned - everything from back-to-school week where they have treats every morning for the residents to grab on their way to class, to pool parties, movie nights and volleyball tournaments. A fun place to live! They also work hard at roommate matching to make sure that everyone will be happy. AND they are pet friendly which is awesome!

My son has lived at The Quarters for almost 2 years. The staff has always been nice and respectful every time I have visited. The manager, Kyla, was very helpful when he renewed his lease. Anytime my son called about a problem with his unit it was handled efficiently and was fixed to his satisfaction. The apartments are nicely furnished . This mom approves!
Stayed here my final two years of college and well worth the investment. Management is very prompt in returning maintenance requests and did an excellent job of ensuring the property was clean and well-kept. Staff (particularly Nick and Elijah) were respectful and made the living experience more comfortable in any way they possibly could. Character limit is the only thing that’s stopping me from raving any further. Thank you Quarters Stillwater!
Placed teenager with a 33 year old roommate who smokes marijuana alot, bad hygiene, uses their stuff without cleaning it, and curses them out. Management will not help the situation or allow him to change apartments.
Would give zero stars but hat isn’t an option. Roaches, roaches, roaches. And they won’t do anything about them. Claim to come and spray but then don’t. Took matters into my own hands and killed hundreds, but they just come back since it’s multiple rooms in one building. Rude management. Horrible neighbors.
