I think very good. The community is quiet. The coffee machine is soooo good. I love it. Leasing office is in the lobby so you can directly go to them and ask questions. I love fetch service, super convenient.
Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and in good condition upon move in. Location is close walk out drive to downtown which is great.
Great place to live, very clean and good amenities. In a convenient area, close to the University and to highway for access. Lots to do in the area
Excellent community and amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Moving in was a seamless process, and my apartment has been more than I was excepting.
Nice apartment. I like the ambiance and my unit. Although, there are some that I don’t like noisy pool,some of the appliances are not in good condition during my moving in and the maintenance are slowly responding my concerns.
Nice community with convenient amenities. The staff are friendly and easy to get in contact with. Overall my apartment was in great condition on the date that I moved in. Just a few minor things that require maintenance.
I have just moved in and love the apartment and all the amenities, however, the lease move in process was not as smooth as it should have been. I had to follow up regarding having my lease sent to me, which should have been already done. Additionally, when I arrived I still had to do several steps in the process which could have already been done before the move in with proper instructions. For feedback, I would suggest improving this process to be more efficient and a better experience for the renter.
605 West End is a good area to live in. I met a lot of people from different states. There is also a bus stop nearby that connects to my workplace.

Love it here, just wish the gym had a few more machines. Really hoping they start that project soon. Also really like the food trucks that come out and make dinner easy.

Great place to live. Walking distance to ATC downtown. There is a host of other activities at the apartment complex that fosters a sense of community by allowing you to engage with the other residents. The pool and gym are a plus to living here.

“I recently renewed my lease primarily because of the apartment’s convenient location. However, I’m disappointed that a stained mirror in my unit has not been replaced since I moved in. Additionally, there are no perks or incentives for renewing tenants, which would have been appreciated. The pool is also closed for a significant portion of the year, limiting its use. While the location works for me, I wish the management would be more responsive to concerns and improve amenities.”

I love the sense of community between the social events offered as well as the prompt service of the management office. However, I took off one star because I feel that a fraction of the other units don't respect the property as much as they should. It's a gorgeous and enriching building and should be treated as such. Prompt and pleasant I had several issues like the walls are not painted evenly and patio with a lot of old paint. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned and needed to be cleaned again. I love the gym and parking garage. Amenities here are hard to beat. Upgrades to the gym (more machines) would be nice. The fire alarm system malfunctions frequently which is unfortunate. Beats the last place I was at though.

The facilities are quite nice and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and responsive. The moving is quite smooth too with the large elevator located in parking deck. The down point is really the noise from the road at midnight. Since this apartment is located at the boarder of Durham downtown, there are occasionally reckless drivers driving with noisy vehicles in the midnight, which can be annoying sometimes.

I just recently moved here but notice services are too slow in here compared to my previous apt community. Up until this point my request for maintenance to fix my kitchen sink/sewage and window screen is still not fixed even if I followed up and it has been 4 days.

Move in was a little rocky. I was originally told the office would be open at 11am to get my keys to move in, they actually open at 1pm. Internet was not easily accessible as my email address was entered incorrectly to spectrum. My mailbox key wasn’t ready when I moved in and the coffee machine isn’t working. That being said the lady that gave me my keys was very nice and informative. She did assist me with resolving the issues I was experiencing.

Super Clean Quiet and unproblematic. Staff is also really nice and sweet. Maintenance has a good turn around on requests. The amenities are also amazing. it feels like living in a hotel how nice it is!

Great place to be except I am on the ground floor and when it rains the carpet gets wet and leaves a mildewy smell. Would be great if they can shampoo the rugs more often. Other than that, it is a great place to be.

I am going on 3 years living here and I can say that I have no complaints, I absolutely love it here and plus the location is very convenient for me.

The apartment building itself is nice but there’s several maintenance issues such as the fridge repeatedly not working, issues with noise in the summer time around the pool area, issues with car break ins despite there being a gate for residents though the gate was also always broken, and for a month packages weren’t able to be logged. Now they have switched to a mail delivery service that drops your packages to your front door which is awesome and maintenance is very receptive to any requested which is also great. There also haven’t been any safety issues since the summer time. I think for the price point you’re better off living in another part of town and getting more square footage per dollar though I can see the building is actively trying to make changes to make our experience living here more comfortable which I appreciate.

Appreciate the dryer vents and hallways being maintained. Nice quiet apartment. Personal experience has been good so far. Except foe the dust feom the airducts/vents in the apartment.
