This is the worst management company I have ever worked with. Do not trust Evan, do not trust Jennifer they lie, placate, and redirect any questions or suggestions - and then do nothing.

Where do I even start? Arnie, Venetia, and the entire maintenance team are absolutely incredible! They are a major reason I decided to stay at The Crescent. As someone living alone, having a safe environment, excellent amenities, a great leasing team, and an exceptional maintenance team is essential—and this team goes above and beyond to meet those needs. When I recently moved into a new unit that had been vacant for a while, I encountered several issues: the microwave wasn’t working, the apartment was drafty, the garbage disposal was malfunctioning, my bedroom curtain/shade was stuck, and I even saw a spider. I submitted my requests over the weekend and by first thing Monday, Venetia was already on top of things. She tackled the garbage disposal, assessed the microwave, inspected the draft in my bedroom, and arranged for pest control to address the spider issue. Arnie, as the maintenance manager, took the lead in coordinating the larger fixes. By the end of Monday, he and Venetia had the curtain/shade working again. Arnie also found a draft stopper for my door and made sure a replacement microwave was ordered. Today, Arnie and another team member worked together to install the new microwave and ensure everything was in perfect working order. The teamwork and communication between Arnie and Venetia were exceptional. Venetia’s efficiency, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensured nothing fell through the cracks, while Arnie’s leadership and expertise kept the process moving smoothly. They both played a crucial role, and it’s clear they all take pride in their work. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. Arnie, Venetia, and their team are kind, personable, skilled, and incredibly efficient. A maintenance team can make or break an apartment complex, and this team is an absolute treasure. I hope The Crescent recognizes their value and does everything possible to keep them!

Fantastic move-in experience with this property. The online ratings really match the experience of living here. Perfect location that is walkable to many things and close to work. The hallway/unit is quiet and neighbors are friendly, there are always several monthly events as well. The leasing office staff are the best in Baltimore!

We were looking for a safe building in a vibrant area to enjoy the city, and The Crescent fit the bill!

My experience thus far has been very disappointing. First, I signed a lease and was told that it was fine to move in on a Sunday, and that the office was open after noon. Luckily, I called a week before moving, which prompted the office staff to communicate that the office is NOT open on Sundays, and I would have no help, or guidance on where to go or what to do. Until now, no one has come to observe the apartment with me, check on the issues, or offer help/acknowledge the poor experience I am having. On moving in, the AC did not work. The shower was clogged, one of the sinks was clogged, there were indentations in the walls, and one of the bedroom lights was out. The filter indicator on the refrigerator was also red, indicating the filter needing changing. Since being here, I have been notified of many packages, 4 of which are nowhere to be found. My remote to the garage does not work, and my key fob occasionally does not open the gym door. The coffee machine does not have any options for drinks that have milk in them. It just feels... cheap. Lazy. Half done. Positive remarks: The little 2 person maintenance team (one male one female) is EXCELLENT. Despite the number of problems, they came back time and again to fix the issues with the apartment. They were apologetic, and acknowledged that this should not have happened. The building is very clean. The ButterflyMX app is very convenient. The door attendants are very friendly. The cleaning people are friendly as well.

Excellent management. Kind and responsive. Excellent care for and cleanliness of common areas. We’ll run building that just hums along efficiently. And I haven’t even gotten to the stunning views of the harbor from my apartment haha

This is my second experience at The Crescent. Recently moved back after moving out in 2021. Feels like coming back home.

Excellent amenities and staff. It is a luxury to have a concierge 24/7 who also sorts packages and places them in a secure location. What a privilege! All the staff are so friendly and kind. Betina went out of her way to help make our move-in day smooth.

I love living at the Crescent! The location and amenities can’t be beat. The building is very pet friendly and my dogs and I love taking walks along the water. The staff are responsive and professional and the building is well maintained.

I’ve been living at the Crescent for over two years and am very happy living here. The staff is friendly and responsive and the location can’t be beat. I also love how dog friendly it is. My dogs have made lots of pals in the building and the dog run is perfect to let my senior dog with limited eyesight safely sniff and explore.

The crescent is super nice, the concierges and leasing office staff are awesome. The gym could use a few things, maybe a cable row/lat pull down machine (I was really surprised they didn’t have one of these) and some non-peloton bikes would be great. Besides that, it’s fantastic.

Horrible move in experience. Only one elevator was working for the entire building and has been down for at least a week. During peak moving season this is extremely unacceptable. On top of that management was very rude to us and our movers and made what would have been a 2 hr move at least twice as long.

The very few maintenance issues I've had have always been handled quickly and courteously.

I have loved living at the Crescent for the last few years. Though it's in the heart of Fells Point, it is quiet and peaceful. The management is excellent and very responsive when contacted. Highly recommend this location!

I have really enjoyed living at the Crescent - the location is great, our apartment is beautiful, and I love the pool and gym.

I was having a good experience until recently when I had mice in my apartment and both the leasing office and maintenance responded poorly. Additionally, I have been complaining about noise from next door and above and it has not been addressed appropriately. The building needs some TLC and nothing is new anymore and they just keep increasing rent and not caring.

Very pleased with how responsive the staff is to maintenance requests. Especially since I had a plumbing set of challenges it was great to have everything resolved in the same day that I made the request. Very fast courteous and everything is working great and looks great.

The crescent does a great job at responding to work orders and maintenance issues. I know I can count on them to fix whatever issue I have in my apartment the next day I submit it and get the job done. They even replaced my refrigerator while I was at work and put everything back exactly where it belonged. The crescent staff is friendly and easy to work with.

The Crescent without a doubt has the best possible location. What also sets it apart is that we have one of, if not, the best Concierge. Young, and really understands customer service and making you feel you are "home." I suspect everyone believes he is their favorite. I think of Jacobo, the maintenance tech, the same way. He doesn't leave until you have a solution to the problem. And he always shows up in a timely way every time.

I have loved my experience living at The Crescent so far. The building and grounds are very well maintained, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I love that's so dog friendly and that we've made so many new friends in the building.

Crescent at Fells Point is a well managed property and an ideal place to live given its proximity to Hopkins, Canton, and Harbor East. Its a great choice!

Maintenance does amazing work and comes super quickly!!!!

The staff at the Crescent is fantastic. They've done an especially admirable job during the challenges posed by COVID-19, noting the related occasional but consistent non-compliance with mask wearing by some residents.

Timing. We have had our challenges this year. Having lived here for about 7 years I know this is not the norm. I stay because I love my current apartment, and I have moved once in the building. The layout is great and the view makes my day. The location simply cannot be beat if walkability matters to you. Maintenance response is like clockwork, in hours, not days. The common areas are lovely and inviting. COVID has put a halt on so many of our community events. Still, creatively arranging for food trucks and other ways for neighbors to at least recognize neighbors has been a plus. (I hope that stays)

Its been such a pleasure living here. The staff really keep this place together and at a high standard all the way around.

To be honest and frank, what made my move unlike any other was the apartment staff / management team. From the concierge to management I have been absolutely blown away by how well everything is run, how inviting and friendly they are, and lastly how flexible and understanding theyve been since I moved here. It has not stopped they continue to make my life here very comfortable. Very happy I moved here.

We love the Crescent! The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious, and highly functional. The amenities, especially the fitness center and outdoor common spaces, are also a fantastic value add. The leasing office couldn't be more professional and friendly, and have gone way above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were satisfied including several special requests. They really care about providing great service to their residents and have made moving in from across the country pain-free. It almost feels like we live in a hotel! I really can't say enough good things about this apartment complex and all of its staff.

From my virtual tour to my move in day to becoming a resident the Crescent has exceeded all of my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The amenities are beautiful. The neighborhood is great.

Move in was very easy even with us coming in after a drive across the country. Management was welcoming and addressed all of our concerns quickly. Everyone is friendly and grounds are well maintained.

The Crescent has a spectacular location: right on the water and on a dead end street, so no constant car or truck traffic. It is a quiet community, but only a couple of short blocks from lots of restaurants and other amenities. The staff at the crescent. has been great. Very kind and personable; helpful and the maintenance staff is also first rate.

I have loved my experience at the Crescent so far. The only downside have been the midge infestation on the balcony and the low lighting in the apartment, but I'm in the process of buying more lamps etc. and may try to redirect the track lights. James at the front desk is amazing and everyone in the office has been very friendly and helpful! My dog loves the crescent too and has made lots of new friends in the building!

We have been at the Crescent for 6 months now and are very happy living here. The management staff, maintenance, and concierge service are a pleasure to work with. During this trying time of COVID restrictions, they have done a good job of keeping us safe and informed.

Maintenance has been phenomenal. The gentleman who came and helped me in 637 was as kind and professional as could be and showed up exactly when he promised and always kept me informed.

great location, nice space. pet friendly comes with many issues, including constant stained/soiled carpets. Appliances are always based on price, so you get what you pay for. Only two grills for the entire building, not maintained so almost always one is down (which was the purpose of my maintenance request, 3 weeks later, still not working). we pay premium prices, the building could be premium, but it is not maintained as such.

We have had a wonderful 3 years living at the Crescent! In addition to having a quality apartment (real hardwood floors, so hard to come by!) in the best location in all of baltimore (in my opinion!), management has been outstanding. Any questions or requests for minor repairs were handled quickly. I really appreciated the nightly cookies and the frequent resident events. We will be sad to leave, as we move out of state to a new job!

I love how spacious my apartment is. It was one of the major selling points for me. The amount of closets, and the space and layout in general. The separate shower and tub in the bathroom. I also love my partial views of the harbor. I love the double sink in kitchen for washing dishes. Everyone who works here is kind and awesome and it was also a major selling point. I love the gym, and being able to use a peloton without buying one. I love the location and being able to walk around fells and being close to so much driving wise too. The parking in garage is so easy and I love being able to park on my floor. Having a dog its been nice being near the stairs and he loves meeting all the other dogs and people. Its also really nice to take short walks along the harbor. Love the fresh cookies baked daily and the 24 hour package pickup service. The concierge is always very helpful. I love the amount of lighting in apartment. I brought two floor lamps, but I havent used them once. Maybe Ill get to use them next winter. Absolutely loved the sweet welcome package upon move in. It was a very kind and thoughtful touch. I also love how quiet my apartment seems. I rarely hear any outside noise from neighbors, which reassures me Im not disturbing my neighbors as well, as you can hear noise when walking through hallways. Conversations, TVs, dogs barking. But I cant hear any of that in my apartment.

The views are phenomenal, and the people are very friendly all around.
